REFUND POLICY
The user has the right to a full refund of the registration fee provided that the conditions of the Biotec2025 cancellation policy are met.
The refund will be 100% before June 1, 2025.
The refund will be 75% from June 1 to June 20, 2025.
The refund will be 25% from June 20, 2025 to July 7, 2025, after this date no refund will be made.
Refunds will be made through the same payment method used for the purchase, once the conference has ended.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be reported in writing to secretaria@sebiot.com. Cancellations reported by any other means will not be accepted. This email must include all the purchase details, including the Biotec2025 congress, name and surname, date and contact details.
